The large meeting room for rental, measures 44’ x 76’ and seats approximately 220 people with tables and chairs.
Approximately 36 tables and 120 chairs are available to use and are included in the rental fee. Additional seating, if needed, is the responsibility of the renter.
Rest room facilities are located just outside the entrance door to the meeting room.
Parking is available for at least 40 vehicles and the facility is fully handicapped accessible. The standing room capacity of the large meeting room for fire code purposes is 650 individuals.
Kitchen Facilities: A full service kitchen is adjacent to the meeting room and is available for use with an additional cleaning deposit fee. Kitchen facilities may also be reserved with any conference room rentals. The kitchen facilities include use of the refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, utensils, cookware, tables, and chairs.
Catering: Outside catering may be brought into any contracted meeting space. However, Grand Valley Fire Protection District will not provide arrangements for catering services. The client is responsible for all ordering, set-up and removal of catered items.

Who is eligible to use the meeting rooms?
Nonprofit community organizations and individuals can reserve the meeting room for informational, educational or cultural meetings and events. All meetings and events must be not for profit and non-commercial in nature.
How do I apply for use of a meeting room?
All organizations and individuals must complete an application form and receive the District’s approval before the meeting room can be reserved. You can download an application and/or check availability below.
